In commemoration of the World War One centenary, Old Harrovians (Harrow School Alumni) Ben Uttley (Moretons 1991³) and Benjamin Hollway (The Knoll 1988³) released an original classical music single to raise money for Remembered – the charity behind the ‘There But Not There’ campaign, which has so far raised over £4 million for military and mental health charities.
In his decision to donate proceedings from the track to Remembered, producer Ben acknowledges the influence of the 2,917 Old Harrovians who fought in the First World War. He commissioned composer Benjamin to create this moving musical tableau of remembrance, which was then recorded by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Welsh conductor Owain Arwel-Hughes CBE.

“This wonderful piece of music…[brings] with it the haunting solemnity and poignancy that the first world war evokes.” – Rowley Gregg MC, Director of Operations at Remembered and a veteran of the Afghanistan War.
