The trustee of John Lyon’s Charity is the separate Charter Corporation, known as “The Keepers and Governors of the Possessions, Revenues and Goods of the Free Grammar School of John Lyon” (charity number: 310033) which includes Harrow School and John Lyon School. John Lyon’s Charity (charity number: 237725) is a charity registered with the UK Charities Commission.
